Shipping
Rogaine Direct ships most in stock orders to the U.S. within 1 business day of receipt. Standard shipping is the only available shipping method. We are unable to offer expedited shipping for Rogaine products. All orders ship via the US Postal Service. Shipping rates are shown at right. Delivery time for Standard Delivery is estimated at 7-14 business days.

You will always have an opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges before you confirm your order. Out of stock items usually ship within 10 business days. Orders with items on back order are held until they can be shipped complete.

Orders can only be shipped within the Continental U.S.

Sales Tax
All orders shipped to California, Connecticut or Illinois addresses will be subject to sales tax in accordance with State law. Orders shipped elsewhere will not be charged sales tax. Returns
Since your satisfaction is a priority we know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. You may return your purchase within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. To process a return, please follow the steps below:

1. Complete the return section on your order's packing slip.
2. Secure merchandise in original packaging if available and enclose the completed return form.

When will my order be processed?

When your order is received, it will be processed within 1 business day.

How long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?

Once your order is received, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address that you have specified. Upon authorization of your credit card and processing of your order, a shipping confirmation will be sent to that same email address upon shipment of your order. Most in stock orders are shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Standard Delivery can take between 7-14 business days.

My order should have arrived by now. What should I do?

If you entered a password at the time that you placed your order, simply provide your information in the order tracking section above. Otherwise, please contact Rogaine Direct and we'll be happy to track your order.

How do I know if I am ordering on a secure site?

California Proposition 65
California Proposition 65 requires special product labeling for products containing certain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm if the product will expose the consumer to such chemicals. Lead levels in these products comply with FDA standards.

California requires the following separate notice:
